These terms govern your use of the Thistle Facilities Group ("Thistle," "we," "us") website and our service partner application at app.thistlefacilities.com/apply. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
If we approve you as a service partner, your use of ThistleOS and the work itself are governed by the separate written agreement between us. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old. If you're using the site for a company, you confirm you're authorized to act for it, and "you" means both you and that company.
Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes, such as learning about our services, contacting us, requesting a proposal or applying for a position or partnership. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it or anyone's information in unauthorized ways, scrape or harvest it by automated means, or submit anything false, unlawful or harmful.
Information on this site
Content on this website is provided for general information. Service availability varies by region, and descriptions of services are not an offer or a guarantee. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Thistle.
Submissions
When you submit information through this site or the partner application, you confirm that it's accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that anyone whose contact details you give us, such as your crew or your insurance agent, is comfortable hearing from us.
You keep ownership of what you send us. You give us permission to use, store, copy and share it for the purpose you sent it — reviewing your inquiry, application or qualifications, and running the work that follows. Unless we've signed a separate confidentiality agreement with you, please don't send us anything you consider confidential or a trade secret; we can't treat unsolicited submissions as confidential.

SMS Terms
If you give us a mobile number, you agree we may text you a one-time code when you sign in to ThistleOS. If you opt in in the partner app, we'll also text you about your work with Thistle, depending on your role: new jobs, jobs given to you, check-in reminders and payment notices. Opting in is never required. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Intellectual property
The Thistle name, logo, text, photos, software and other content on this site belong to Thistle Facilities Group or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, modify or distribute them without our written permission.
Links to other websites
This site may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and a link isn't an endorsement.
Suspending access
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of this site at any time, and we may block access to anyone who breaks these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
THIS WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THISTLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you and Thistle each consent to those courts.
If part of these terms doesn't hold up
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is limited or removed and the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
