What does it cost to join?
Nothing to us. There is no fee to apply or to work with us. You do need to carry your own insurance, listed below.
Do I have to take every job?
No. Each job shows up in the partner app, and you accept the ones that fit your crew and schedule.
How do I get paid?
You don't send invoices. When the work is done, we write the bill for you and pay it within 45 days. Your pay doesn't wait on ours.
What insurance do I need?
General liability: $1M each occurrence, $1M personal and advertising injury, $2M general aggregate and $2M products-completed operations. Auto: $1M. Workers' comp as your state requires, with $500K employer's liability. If your state doesn't require workers' comp for a business your size, you can sign an exemption instead. Thistle must be an additional insured on your general liability (primary and non-contributory) and auto, with a waiver of subrogation, and your insurers must be rated A- or better. We also need your W-9. For snow work, add the snow plow endorsement page from your policy. Don't have your certificates handy? Give us your insurance agent's email when you apply, and we'll ask them for you. Full insurance requirements
Do I have to use your app?
Yes. You check in on site and take before-and-after photos in the partner app. It runs on any phone, in English or Spanish.
Can my crew use the app too?
Yes. Add each person with their name and cell number, and they sign in with a code texted to their phone. Crew members see only the jobs given to them. A foreman sees all your company's jobs and hands them out, but not money or paperwork.
What kind of work is it?
Landscaping, snow and ice, and specialty projects for businesses with many locations. Some is recurring and some is one-time.

Applying takes about ten minutes: tell us about your business and how far you’ll drive, then upload your insurance certificates. We review every application and reply by email. The application and the partner app both work in English and Spanish.
