How many locations do we need?
One is enough to start, but we're built for large portfolios, from dozens of sites to thousands. With portfolio pricing, the more locations you bring us, the better your per-site rate.
How do we submit service requests?
Any hour, any day. Every request goes to your Thistle point of contact, who routes it and follows it through to completion.
What technology do you use?
ThistleOS, our own operating system. It tracks every work order and deadline, verifies check-ins by GPS, gives every job’s photos an AI second look, sends proposals for one-click approval and connects to ServiceChannel, Fexa and Corrigo.
